This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Eagle Eye Access accepts returns for used engines, transmissions, and OEM auto parts.

Return Eligibility

Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Item must be in original condition
No installation damage
Original invoice required

Non-Returnable Items

Parts damaged after installation
Modified or disassembled engines
Electrical components
Special order items

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Engines & Transmissions

Engines and transmissions must be returned in the same condition as received. Fluids must be drained before return shipping.

Any tampering, teardown, or internal modifications will void return eligibility and warranty coverage.

Return Process

All returns require prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage must be documented at the time of delivery and noted on the carrier’s receipt. Failure to report visible damage may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Important Notice

Eagle Eye Access reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund or exchange.
