This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Eagle Eye Access provides refunds for used engines, transmissions, and OEM auto parts. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

Product Nature

We sell used auto parts only
All parts are inspected & tested
Parts may show normal wear
Compatibility must be verified before purchase

No Installation Coverage

Labor costs are not refundable
Towing fees are not covered
Rental car costs not included
Improper installation voids warranty

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if the part is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error. Claims must be approved before return.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The part must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original condition.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Non-Refundable Items

Electrical components, special order parts, and items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation are strictly non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in warranty cancellation and service refusal.
